Ranger defenseman Barry Beck gave me my first Emotional Orgasm. He doesn't know.

I was in my early 20s, and my best friend and I were staples at Ranger games. It was the time of the Sasson jean Rangers: Ron Duguay, Phil Esposito, Dave Maloney, but it was the toothless, 6' 3”, 200+-lb Beck who caught my eye.

It was a moment I’ll never forget: the two of us strolling in Central Park, his hand enveloping mine, a glint of sunshine reflecting off his reddish Caucasian 'fro. He gently leaned in for a kiss and a rush of euphoria flooded over my body, the likes of which I’ve never felt. And then… I woke up.
